Dave really helped us out with our car key problem. We were visiting Huntington beach and our car key fob died, he went above and beyond to help us with it 30 minutes before closing. He should be specially recognized by the owner. Now on our way back to out of state!

We’ve shopped at this location for the past six years and have discovered lately that management is not equipped to resolve straightforward service issues, and the staff increasingly telling us they’d rather be somewhere else. Perhaps pandemic mode made everyone less willing to work, or there’s new economic pressures, but that’s no excuse for treating loyal customers poorly. We had a horrible experience today while trying to show the staff where their own inventory was in the store (something we’ve had to do too often), with one team member behind the counter going off on us with out of control mannerisms. It was almost surreal.

The Home Depot has wonderful customer service. The paint team is very efficient in helping you choose the colors and make the samples. It’s a reasonable cost for a sample. The knowledge, friendly staff helped in every aisle. The selection is great and my favorite section is the plant section filled with plants and pots. It’s a tricky parking lot to find your way out on Warner - just follow the other cars going through the turns on the way out. Pavers selection is good and they help you carry it out Happy shopping 🛒

Great place to shop and get my tools. Not everything is in stock as it was before covid. As soon as I see potential tools for me. I buy on the spot. I never know if it will be in stock later on. I can always return them if I don't need them specially I have the credit card with them that allows me to have up to one year to return tools I don't use.
