This hotel was a blessing in my transition from homelessness to safe permanent housing and is helping the community one soul at a time! On the way out from our long term stay with this amazing hotel the owner came out to our car and said a special goodbye to my 5 yr old son! This hotel is not only helping the community beat homelessness, but they are changing people's lives by providing safe, secure, and clean housing for people on all walks of life, whether it be on business, pleasure, or just day to day living like it was for me and my 5 yr old son. Thank you again Travelodge on Logan Ave...you really make a difference for the greater good!!! God bless you and the whole team there at the hotel! β€οΈππ

Dirty. Lousy. Room smelt like pee. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful so she gets this place 2 stars, she only works here . Wyndham needs to step up on these little hotels or get there names off them. Bed was clean . Asked for smoking room, booked smoking room and wasn't available.

The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. The carpet was damp, the shower was full of hair and chipped plastic, I cut my feet on it when I tried to take a shower, the toilet was broken and couldnβt flush, there was hair in the bed and in the towels. We tried to get someone to fix the toilet 3 times and they couldnβt fix it but they wouldnβt let us switch rooms. The people were very friendly but the hotel itself was absolutely disgusting. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights and had to leave after just one because it was so bad. No one came to clean the room and thereβs no amenities. Again, the people were nice, but the rooms were gross and falling apart. My coworker was staying next door and had a similar experience.

I was reading a review response from the Customer Care Team from last month saying that they would take steps to not allow certain experiences again and I can attest that they have NOT done a good job with that. The man at reception has a poor attitude- was angry at us for asking for a different room because the toilet had what looked like pubic hair, a section of the counter top had a mystery goop, and the bed spread and sheets had hair and stains on it. He made it seem like we were unreasonable, but if weβre paying $145 for a dingy and dilapidated room, at the very least it should be a clean room. It was made apparent that he has no pride in what he does and am surprised that a large, recognized chain like Travelodge allows this to occur under their name. The only decent experience was working with the woman that cleaned our room- she had better customer service and personal skills than the man at the front desk that threw a tantrum.

I guess you have to remember to ask even though you shouldn't have to, also some people don't have to pay a deposit. Seems a little shady, makes you think that someone is attempting to line their own pockets up.
