My wife and I took our 2 grandkids to see the new minions movie. The movie was very entertaining and we all enjoyed it. Overall the place was very clean, the concession stand ....large popcorn and caramel popcorn about $25. The Seats were comfortable sound was a little loud but did get better, there was some noise bleed from the movie theater next to us we were in #12 it was noticeable but sporadic. Had a very nice afternoon with the family at the movies!

Was hoping upgrades had been made to this theatre considering the amount of construction currently going on in the area, but no. Customer service is poor/nonexistent. The seats remain tattered with holes in the upholstery and many were broken. Theater 7 was in disgusting condition for todays Jurassic Park 2:30pm showing with the cup holders filled with garbage and trash across the floors. We definitely won’t be returning to this location and would much rather travel to a location further out that’s in better condition.

My main issue was when I was playing at the toy machine: My daughter wanted a specific toy so I changed a $20 to play because she wanted the toy and I wanted to make her day special. The game was the Master Key where you have to aim the key at a hole and knock it down basically. So I started playing and let my wife and daughter play as welI. We had tried several times but didnt win anything (lost almost $7 or 8 bucks). When we finally won, the toy dropped but got stuck in the machine. Aparently they had trash inside the machine. So we went to customer service and they told me right way there's nothing they couldve done without even listening attentively to what we had to say. They said they didn't have access to those machine, another company did even though those machine are part of their business. All they could do was give us $1 dollar back because that is what one try cost. At least they could've give me the $7 or 8 dollars we lost trying to win the prize and get the machine out of service. There were other details regarding customer service as well such as lack of attentiveness and welcoming. I won't go back at least those things are resolved!
