This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in the room was not ready and it took 2 additional hours to get into the room while awaiting it to be cleaned 3 hours after my check in. When we finally got into the room there were no wash clothes and was told there were none available. There was dried pee on the toilet seat. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The mattress cover was being used as the comforter Iβm assuming because they didnβt have those either. There were no options for people who do not eat pork for breakfast. They ran out of syrup for the waffles 2 hours before breakfast was finished.

Beautiful place, really. Here is why I am quite unsatisfied. First night was ok. AC would not cool to desired temp, room always felt wet. Up early the next day and spent the day in DC. Came back and tried to get towels. They only had a couple?! How? This was an issue the entire stay and when we asked, quite honestly it was like we were putting them out. I paid a lot to stay there. Having towels was my right as a paying guest. That "put out service" was to the point where we didn't want to mention the AC issue. Who knows how they would have responded. We also didn't have the basic cooking utinsles needed so we made due. Again, hated to ask since we were not getting good service. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and unfortunately this is becoming and consistently theme. As a guest, we are paying good money and deserve good service and what we are paying for. In this case we had to use towels found in the exercise room, cook with forks and spoons since no spatulas or other basic cooking utinsles and was never cool in the room. This was a terrible waste of my hard earned money.

It was an awesome time that we had at the Homewood Suites as we celebrated a family gathering and the atmosphere was conducive for this event. The front desk staff was attentive and even funny as they made it a greater experience. The quality of the upkeep was well worth the time of enjoying this space. So if you are in the DC area and you don't mind maneuvering all of the 95s in the vicinity then give this location of Homewood Suites a stay!

The most horrible experience ever We booked a queen suites, We are Hilton Gold members for many years now, and we have stayed a lot of times not the first time what i saw was that the kitchen is not acceptable to cook pans are cheap and kitchen is to low I was cooking and in second turned into fire π₯in a pan that didnβt even have oil thank God my husband acted quick with the extinguisher and stopped it my family was safe so we waited for the fire department that never came for a hour outside our room who never came because the front desk said that it was a false alarm π¨ LIKE REALLY we could of died so nobody came they changed our room and said not to worry about nothing and we wonβt be charged due to what happened but we wanted for the firefighters to come and she said no so long story short next morning this STACY PERSON wanted to charge us for everything like it was our fault nooo we are not paying for nothing they donβt care about nothing DONT STAY RUN this is a horrible hotel if I could I would of GAVE CERO STARS THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE they even forgot our amenities like water bottles and such. And did not clean the room even though there was NO dnd at the door. This is unacceptable. I am never staying at this one again. 1 star is for the room being comfortable and clean at the beginning
