I thought it was a walk-in supply store. I was wrong. They specialize in motor parts for boats, which is not accessible to the general public, rather you order from the person at the front counter just like Auto-zone. Unfortunately for me they did not supply what I was looking for, but were still very helpful and referred me to a place where I may find fiberglass, epoxy, resin and other casting materials.

We are currently rebuilding a Mercury 1968 Outboard motor. We ordered parts from a different company and they got it wrong. Francisco went above and beyond to help us get the right part. We totally recommend him for his outstanding customer service and patience on the phone. Amazing company and amazing customer service and very fast shipping!

Used to be over in west Seattle. Now it's a 70 mile round trip for me. I hear the owner moved up there and wanted his buss. Close to his house. So just inconvenient your customers. Yep that's the at it is these days. I'm glad I'm 65 and on my way out.

Can get you the right parts if you get the right person. Steve over there is 5 stars! Will get you the parts you need and actually find it. Ask for Steve at the front. Don't talk to anyone else if you want to get the parts you need. I was trying to find simple parts and everyone else just stares at the screen. If the rest of the employees worked as hard as Steve at the front I would rate this place 5 stars.

Questions & Answers

I have a Mercury 15 hp 2 cycle engine (manufactured 1990 - 1994 based on serial number). I need it to be tuned up and it needs a new seal for the lower unit. It is to heavy to remove from my 14' Gregor. How long would it take to get the boat back.

Your serial number is 0B295848. Thats a 25 hp sea pro. That means the model number is a 1025312BD which is a 1988 25EL.

I have a 1994 yamaha 9.9 HP. I was looking for a 16' shift and throddle cables. Does Sierra have these or any other supplies you carry?
