This is one of the worst customer service experience I've ever seen in the banking business. Long waiting hours, dirty and inefficient.

Monday morning 10/25/2021 at 11:00 a.m. I waited patiently standing in line with others for more than 20 minutes to do a simple transaction with clerks at the front counter. There was no line movement as there were just two clerks available but both were involved in long transactions or cross checking with bank managers. Waiting in line for that long a time period is unacceptable. When I complained to the bank manager she said that there was a staff shortage. No apologies or concerns and no customer service.

We had a very nice experience working with Manager Christian Moreno who helped my elderly parents adjust their accounts. He was patient, kind and thorough. I really appreciated his help and guidance.

I've never experienced such a poor customer service, let alone in banking business, in any sector, in my entire life. This morning, I with my fiance went to the BOA to withdraw money. We waited on the line and approached to the "Teller" when it was our turn. She asked us for ID and debit card, we gave her, and then she gave us a slip with two blanks to put the $amount and my fiance's signature (which she've been using since the day she opened a bank account). We did as instructed, and the she asked us to sign again and again 3 times; and give us a paper slip to put all required information including social security and sign, we did the same. Throughout this whole time she was going back and forth to the so called her "manager". Finally after we spent about half an hour, they said "your signature don't match, so you won't be able to withdraw money". I was shocked! And we asked she has all the documents (debit card, ID, phone to confirm with text,...), there's no other way to, at least, update signature (if what you're saying is right) and withdraw the money? Guess what, the answer was "you've to wait 2hrs". SUCH A POOR SERVICE!! Then, we had to leave and go to other BOA branch in proximity. With the same signature we were able to withdraw money with in a fraction of minutes.
