I knew my 2015 Subaru Forrester needed a lot of TLC going in for this service appt (8-year old car, new tires needed, issues with air conditioner and then some, etc...), & I was very satisfied with the amount of attention to my car by my service advisor, Mike Goodman. He told me upfront based on his initial impressions what he thought the car needed, & kept me appraised with the progress of what they found & completed, as the car needed to stay for ~1 1/2 weeks for all the services it needed. Additionally the loaner car they were able to let me use was incredibly helpful since my car had to stay with them, such a great service! I immensely appreciated the communication and explanations, & everything I asked to be inspected &/or fixed was addressed & handled! I & my car feel much safer now!

I would greatly recommend this dealership! I worked with Angel Salguero and one of the managers, Marc. I am so thankful Angel was available when my girlfriend and I entered the dealership. He was so nice and helpful and made my first car buying experience so pleasant. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything he was talking about. Angel gave me all his contact information to call/message him at any hour of the day and night. I never felt pressured to buy or talked down to from Angel either. Angel worked very hard to make my experience at Herb Gordon a good one and I can't thank him enough for that. The car I ordered showed up a week earlier than expected and Angel let me know right away. Once delivered, the dealership detailed the car and put on the ceramic protection for the paint within 45 minutes. Marc was very helpful in signing all the paperwork and explaining what I was signing as we went. He was very personable and had a lot of insight on how to make the most of the car warranties available.

Had a great experience working with Herb Gordon Subaru. My husband and I were helped by a wonderful salesman named Steve Brooks. He was very easy going and I did not feel pressured at all during the car buying process. He made sure that I received exactly what I wanted. We reserved a Subaru Crosstrek and once it arrived Steve made sure to contact us. Both Steve and Jim (finance) made this experience smooth and enjoyable. I loved the level of patience and professionalism. It was great to walk into a dealership and not feel anxious, or bombarded by sales reps. If you are looking to purchase a Subaru, I definitely recommend this dealership. Love my new car and really appreciated the service I received.

I can't say enough nice things about Herb Gordon Subaru and its staff! I bought my Outback from them and have it serviced there exclusively. They got me a very reasonable financing offer which was better than the bank I've been using for 30 years offered. They check in regularly for service and are always transparent about what they are recommending and exactly what it will cost. It's hard to find that level of honesty in the automotive market these days, but it's alive and well here.
