Rudest lady ever giving the COVID test! The directions on the MinuteClinic website said that someone would call at the appointment time. She called my boyfriend 5 minutes after his appointment time yelling at him that if he saw someone walking out of the booth he should have just came in there right away. Sorry that he thought that there was some sanitation process before each patient. She spoke so rudely with him when he was in there. She shouldn’t be working with the public with this kind of attitude. Get another job.

Booked an appointment for 4, got to see the nurse at 6. She gave me a speech for 15 minutes, no diagnostics, nothing. Had to leave to pick up my daughter from day care mid-session, they still charged me. This was for a sinus infection I get every year, they always give me the same medicine.

After volunteering in DC all day in the rain my sore throat...to the point that I couldn't swallow returned. I came 30 minutes before they close but was unable to sign in to see the RN. When I spoke to the RN was told she had a patient to see. When I pointed out the sign stating patients are seen so long as they sign in by 7:15, I was told that only applied if no patients were already waiting to be seen. As a health care worker pretty disappointed in her patient care. So home I go, unable to swallow, guess I don't need to eat until tomorrow when I can try to find an urgent care center.

This was hands-down the best healthcare experience I've had. Ever. I did a walk-in appointment for a soar-throat/ be tested for STREP. I had maybe a 15 minute wait, while the nurse-practitioner finished the patient before me. The nurse was absolutely WONDERFUL, very nice and attentive - I just like I was in any other doctors office. She did the Strep Test/ took my temperature. I had strep so she wrote a prescription that I then had filled at the pharmacy in the CVS. The whole thing took less than an hour! I thought the kiosk was amazing. I put in my last name, DOB, zipcode and it found me in their system! I'm never going to a PCP for little things like a soar-throat or vaccines again! I know minute clinic is relatively new, but I think now (in 2015) they've really worked out a lot of the kinks. I had a truly fantastic experience. And again, the staff here at this one on Georgia Ave (both the Nurse Practitioner and Pharmacists) are fantastic.
