I was a walk-in on a Friday night & I sat at the full-service bar. Service was excellent, the surf & turf was delicious, drinks were stout, and I wish I could eat here more often. Very cool ambiance!

We arrived at 3pm, when Morton's was nearly empty and had a long wait due to a distracted waiter, who was walking back and forth from various tables and had to be summoned over to take our order. The waiter never returned after our food was delivered to check the quality and when the manager saw we were finished eating, she came and asked how everything was. We informed her that one of the entrees was cold when received, we ordered 4 sides and only received 2, and we ordered kid's cheeseburgers that did not have cheese. Although she replaced the cold entree, took the hamburgers back to the kitchen to have the cheese added and credited our bill for the sides not received, Morton's charges too much money, not to provide excellent service and food. To top it all off, we were seated near the balcony where smoking was allowed! We were very shocked and displeased, because the smoke smell interrupted our comfort and ruined our Mother's Day dinner. Don't waste money at Morton's! You can get better food, service and a smoke-free environment for far less!

If you're on a budget, this isn't the place for you. Online menus haven't been updated since before COVID and the reasonably priced lunch specials are no longer available. I was so disappointed because both the Crispy Chicken BLT and Prime Burger looked so good.
