Dan, the Branch Manager, is awesome along with his staff. He leads by example as the entire team was 110% customer focused. Dan went above and beyond to help me with my situation. If you need to rent a car in DC, I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Union Station.

Place was so sorry didn't make sense.The lady told me that I could not rent the car with my DC license credit card. That I had to have proof of my residence the proof was on my driving license and I had a Enterprise club points but I was told that didn't count I had to bring an electric bill or something I tried telling her that he just rented a vehicle November and had it for 6 days and there was no problem when I rented that vehicle. The time question is December the 23rd 2021.

Yes You can. At Union Station it is 300 deposit plus your rental feet. You get deposit back after you turn in car and its got proper amount of gas in it u started with or that and in damage will come out of your deposit.. Hope that helps you.
Its upstairs in parking area but you walk thru union station up to where greyhound is past the buses all the way down then up to second level
A valid drivering license and a credit card for deposit and payment.
You need to have a credit card. Debit cards are generally accepted only at airport locations when you are flying in and getting the car as you get out of the flight.
At the parking deck behind / adjacent to Union Station. Should see an entrance for car returns.
