They are not here to help you, they are here to help the government. They have allowed multiple corporations to commit fraud, theft, and racketeering, while also LYING UNDER OATH - only to do nothing. Absolutely nothing. No criminal charges, no investigations, NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO.

You should call their call center. You can talk to a live person and they have interpretation services, too, for people that may be more comfortable talking in another language. The call centers are open M-F 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 1.800.551.4636 (in Washington only) 206.464.6684

Go to www.ago.wa.gov/safeguarding-consumers. You can file a complaint and report the website. Hope this helps.

An LLC business is using my home address on the internet as their business address. Occasionally, I get mail for this business. This is not our business. Looking at the on line info I feel this might be a shady business. What should I do?

You can go atg.gov.wa and file a complaint or contact The Attorney General's office and tell them your concerns. There are a lot of resources on the website to answer your questions or provide information. Hopefully this helps you out.

Does the public have a right to ask for a Public Hearing about the process to be used to clean up Oakland Bay and Shelton Harbor. Requests sent to Ecology have been ignored. Patricia Vandehey

If WA your first step would be requesting an arbitration hearing through the Attorney General's Office within two years of delivery to the original retail consumer and within the first 24,000 miles of operation. There are no fees for this. You could start under GENERAL LEMON LAW and speak with an attorney for specific options.
