The people working here have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I went in this morning to get a passport renewal and was turned away because my drivers license was expired. I was told its absolutely impossible to renew a passport without a valid license in person as well as on the phone, which just isn't true. Went to a different location and was able to get my passport renewed no problem with the exact same documentations. The people who work here have no idea what they're talking about, and are extremely rude about it as well.

This Monday I came in to renew my passport that needed to be expedited for my trip next month. I had my old passport but the woman told me that my birth certificate card was invalid and I needed my actual one. That day we drove from Ballard to Mukilteo to retrieve it with no time to spare before they closed. Tuesday since I work downtown took a break from work and ubered to the federal building but the website directed me to the wrong building. I walked 4 blocks to the correct building. After getting through security check I was told that they were no longer taking walk-ins but looked over my paperwork and told i didn't require my birth certicate since I has my old passport. Today I told off work to go back to the Ballard location. The man confirmed his coworker was incorrect in stating I required a birth certificate. The amount of time and money I've wasted because one person told me the wrong information it just beyond frustrating. I hope that this error is being held accountable. Now I have to stay at work for extra hours today for the time I've lost.

Had to pay a parking ticket on my vacation to Seattle area. I wasn't mad cuz it was my fault, so I started asking the clerk different areas to visit. In the end, I got two restaurants i need to try and two free passes to the zoo. Plus the building architecture is amazing. I still had to pay the ticket, but I would say the quick and friendly experience was worth it.

I just helped my daughter with hers and the representative at the Ballard Service Center was amazing and had such a positive attitude. So nice when you are dealing with a very important process.
