07/13/2022 I did two mobile orders through the app. The five piece chicken for $5.99 and did another order on the app for three regular sides for $5. My pick up order was ready, hot and correct. The restaurant was very clean.

Haven’t had Popeyes since we took a minor break from OTR. I don’t normally eat fast food but I like their biscuits. It’s so buttery and tasty. I guess it’s the same in most locations cause I have yet to try a distasteful Popeyes biscuit. It was fast and easy as we ordered online and just picked up from drive thru.

We ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich combo. The customer service was top notch. The lobby and women's restroom we're very clean. The food was delicious but barely warm. (We ate in the parking lot, directly after placing the order in person in the store)

Good customer service, but we waited a long while in drive thru for our food and they still forgot things. Food that was given was okay, biscuits were harder than ever, they gave a half tablespoon of Mac n cheese and charged $ .50 more for nothing. Chicken strips were hard and dry.
