Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

I stopped by on 6.02.22 here with my Ford Escape 2014(fleet vehicle, owned by the company) for a simple LOF service. I've ended up having a smoke out of the exhaust pipes following me on my way back home. I returned back to that shop right after noticing that. Turned out that they overfilled the oil I would say twice from the MAX level. They forgot to install properly the engine splash guard(I noticed it another day, so got extra unnecessary trip), and should I mention that they upsold the coolant flush service which the vehicle didn't require at all, as the engine block is a brand new and got the coolant less then 5k miles ago. Well, fleet insurance approved it, ok. The only 4.5 stars I would give to their manager, who was doing all the work their technician couldn't. And that work includes: inability to change the filter, inability to properly flush the coolant and inability to install the engine splash guard back properly and simple inability to check the work you did. I probably got "lucky" with an unexperienced technician, I wouldn't say all the techs are the same there, but I would train properly the new ones, if this was a case. I don't want to ruin my car just because someone wants to gain an experience on it. Check who you trust you vehicle, especially if you never check the job others do "professionally".

Employees here are excellent, and they provide excellent service. It's too bad that Jiffy Lube's tires are such poor quality. I was told that I need two new tires. That means that the tires that I bought at Jiffy Lube have lasted less than 17,000 miles. And all four of the tires that I bought at Jiffy Lube have a constant slow leak since I bought them. I will not buy tires at Jiffy Lube again, and I will recommend to everyone I know that they never buy tires at Jiffy Lube.

This was my first time getting my car’s oil changed (my ex-husband used to take care of it). For as nervous as I was about the experience, my anxiety was quickly put to rest. The employees working at this location were some of the nicest people I’ve come across at any business. They were patient, accommodating, and they took the time to explain each process to me. They even helped me with a tire issue I was having, saving me the time and money of replacing my whole tire. I highly recommend this specific Jiffy Lube for any of their services. They’re efficient and amiable. Two qualities that seem to be rare these days.

Great customer service. Im always worried going somewhere new but i was quickly put at ease by Doc the new supervisor. I'll definitely be coming back. Everyone was really helpful and they all worked together when needed. They have a new continuous customer here.
