Sam at the front desk is the most rude person I've ever dealt with in a professional setting I can't believe she still has a job. Over the last weekend sure to the snow my husband and I aren't able to make our dose on Saturday and when we went on on Tuesday(because Monday was a holiday) they dropped us down 90 mg because we missed 3 days then we find out they weren't even open on Saturday so no matter what we would've been screwed FU&$ THS is rather takes my chances elsewhere. Not to mention my counselor had been gone for a month or more so I don't even have one to talk to is crazy they can just dump it dose like that I'm pretty sure people could die looked that

2 years here, I got sober and had my daughter, they helped me navigate the stigmas associated with being on methadone while pregnant rather expertly. Thanks all! Im At ths summit Seneca currently. In a lot of ways it's worse but a lot of ways better. All the better ways are location based, all the worse ways are clinic based. 😣😔

I have been going off and on through the past decade and the program is really good if you work it and they will do whatever they can to help you work it. They definitely have both good and bad but the bad is really more from the clients side. I would recommend to anyone struggling with addiction.

The receptionist is ruder than anything i have ever experienced. Does nothing but talk over you and makes you feel stupid and does not want to help. Worst service experienced in my lifetime.

Hello Sara, In order to start MAT services you'll need an ID card and if you private insurance, you'll need to bring proof of insurance. They stop dosing at 12:15:00 SHARP *NO EXEPTIONS* (except for if you're pregnant, but this is still not a guarantee if you show up past 12:15). THS Snohomish/Everett has longer hours. They stop dosing at 3:45pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of an hour lunch break from 11 until 12, again monday through Friday. Saturday's, you bring your lockbox so that when you dose they fill up your reusable Sunday take home bottle you use evey week since, like the other clinics, the clinic is closed on Sunday's.
Hello Alex, MAT Patients who receive methadone are still dosing at the window. We do this to follow strict state and federal guidelines for dosing. By dosing at the window, our nurses ensure the safety of the dose for those who have not earned take-home privileges. Please note that we have been very successful in ensuring staff and patients have stayed safe throughout the pandemic. You can learn more about our safety protocols here: https://ths-wa.org/news-events/ths-service-updates-coronavirus-covid-19/ If you'd to schedule an appointment, please call us at 1-833-278-HELP (4357) or visit our Get Help form here: https://ths-wa.org/help/ Many thanks, THS Digital

Usually always
I don't think so. That's by prescription only so the person that needs it would have to see the doctor
If by helped you mean dosed? Then no.
