As I sit for the 45th minute in a "fast" food line reading the reviews on this place I wonder why I even left the house and definitely 2 taco isn't worth all this time waiting. I see what appears to only be 1 worker and he is doing all the work I understand that times are hard but there is a point where the service is disrupted enough it should maybe close early or something

Usually the wait here is pretty long due to there being only one employee throughout the night which is fine usually as it’s only 20ish minutes. But tonight I’ve waited a little over an hour to even order my food. And of course the drive-thru is smartly made so once you’re in it, you’re stuck. Do not come here if you want something quick.

The only problem we find is the speaker going thru drove thru, this is at any drive thru, not just jitb. But, we might have several orders and they can get rushed and want to give you a total after the first order! We have to tell them there is more to order! The food is good

Tried to order food through the app since this is supposably the only 24 hour location near Salem. 4AM munchies hit hard. Not only did I arrive to a closed restaurant with no staff to be seen, THEY STILL TOOK THE MONEY. On previous visits the staff are almost always rude, don't tolerate literal theft. Update: 2 Weeks later, contacting them through their contact page, social media, and trying to call the store, and they still have not replied. What a joke.
