Giving this a 5 star, so hear me out for a second…. I’m not sure if both Wendys in Salem have the same franchise owner- but they are a couple of the worst Wendys I’ve ever been to, unfortunately. Specifically the night crews are just so bad…. The customer service and quality of food they put out made me stop going. Once in a great while I will swing thru the drive thru if it’s the only late night option open. Last night I was SO IMPRESSED. All the employees were friendly and cheerful, the drive thru line moved quickly (slow enough tho that I knew my meat was actually being made to order, as it should be after 10pm) … all 3 items were excellent- the quality that Wendys intends to be and is known for. I HOPE that this means they have made changes, and that this will be the new norm. *fingers crossed* kudos to whoever’s behind improving this store.

I eat here all the time. The customer service is really great. That’s what stands out to me here. Even during rush when the line is long, I’m not getting grief at the window. Also, the food is fresh and consistent. I really appreciate it you guys!

I have never been treated so badly at any restaurant even the manager was rude. So my mom bought us dinner tonight and they forgot her to give us her burger. We didn’t realize until we were home so we had to drive all the way back. We go to the lobby which was locked but there was a worker who opened the door. We asked politely if we could get a burger. He at first said the lobby is closed. We weren’t trying to go in we just wanted to not have to go in another long line to get a burger they didn’t give us. They finally said they could get us the burger. So we waited outside for 10 minutes while the manager and three other people watched us standing there. Not giving us the burger. We ended up having to going through the drive thru. In short now we are scared to even eat the burger because how long they took to put the burger in the bag. So anyways this was just so beyond rude.worst customer service ever.

What's up with this wendys lately? This used to be the only one I come to (Lancaster is slow and messes up) but, now I'm wondering if the staff has changed. This is the third time I have ordered and gotten the wrong thing or missing something (more than fries). It's super fristrating!!! I don't even know what this burger is but, it's for sure NOT my daves double like I ordered. So disappointing when I'm looking forward to that double patty melted goodness and open up a single patty mess of yuck....bbq sauce smelling onion things...ewww. Looks like 3 strikes and famous star wins.
