The food is good but unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait for your order to be processed? Go somewhere else. Waited in Drive Thru line 15 min to order (wasn't moving). Wife got tired of waiting, she decided to go inside and order thinking it would be faster? 30 minutes later she came out. She wasn't happy at all. While waiting in car for her to come out, watching the clock and DT line. I noticed FIVE vehicles leave the DT line. It just wasn't moving. So now, unless there is absolutely no one in the Drive Thru line? We just drive right by it and go elsewhere. They just cannot handle BUSY HOURS! Don't get me wrong, I love fresh cooked meals especially my French Fries. People that only get 30 minute or maybe one hour lunchs? Don't recommend this place at all.

Really disappointing they close their lobby so early. Living in the complex behind this food chain makes a quick 30 second walk. Kind of upsetting they had the lobby closed between 7-8 when I have to drive my vehicle just to get food. No signs or indications that said lobby is closed at any specific time so who knows when to go in.

Update: after the owner reached out I contacted their customer service through the link that was provided and still have not received contact back. I am very disappointed with the customer service!! Both my daughter and I had double roast beef sandwiches that had huge chunks of gristle throughout them. They were very nasty and felt like they were old meat. I am very disappointed because we have always loved going to this Arby's.
