The door to get inside was locked and no note was posted as to why. A customer from the inside saw me and let me in and I was able to order. I mentioned the door to a worker, but he just said "Ok". I ate my food in my car and watched three more customers attempt to enter but the door was still locked and nobody let them in, so they left.

Every time I go to this McDonald's, which is not that often, the drive-thru line is incredibly long. Home McDonald's tastes the same. So really the difference is the wait and this is a long wait Also I understand that has nothing to do with this McDonald's in particular. But I cannot believe how expensive fast food is. I spent $22.77. for three breakfast meals. I feel like for a little bit more money and a little bit more time I could have sat in any restaurant and had a much better experience. We haven't actually been in a while but this happens to be my favorite McDonald's in Salem. Never any problems that I recall other than a couple times way back (when I was a frequenter) I order the half and half tea a little on the sweeter side with easy ice. That sometimes meant I got unsweetened and sometimes too sweet but I take more of that on me and my picky order than them. Love this place

Two of the four items I ordered were incorrect--incorrectly wrapped for the sandwich that was in there. I ordered two Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddles and received Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuits. This has been an ongoing issue during breakfast hours at this location. I would give one star, but the employees are polite and especially friendly for a fast food place.
