Wish I could give this place zero stars! My fiancée and I were traveling through and stopped off quickly to grab food. Immediately upon ordering we were told they had “limited options.” After asking if they had certain things we finally settled on corn dogs and mozzarella sticks. We waited in line way longer than we should have given the small amount of food we got. All of the food we received came in unlabeled packages. Once we drive away we realized that the cherry limeade didn’t taste like a sonic cherry limeade. The mozzarella sticks are NOT standard sonic mozzarella sticks. They were overly breaded in a different fried coating and tasted like old fair food. The corn dogs batter on the inside was soft and didn’t feel cooked. No sauce was offered and no napkins were given. We have a sonic close to where we live and it is the best! This….. this was something completely different. If I would have read the reviews on google beforehand I would have taken my business elsewhere. The business owner needs to do something about this. Stay away people, you’ve been warned!

All of our bags, cups, and wrappers are unlabeled. Just plain white wrappings. Ordered a chicken sandwich which turned out to be 2 chicken fingers on a bun. Fries were not seasoned and not fully cooked. Slushies weren't mixed with the syrup so when I sipped my drink it was all warm syrup and no ice. Hot dogs were served on coffee filters and the dogs were crunchy. Usually this location is pretty good but everything about this meal was terrible.

I usually am not one to complain and bee undefstanding... but i have tried multiple times to go here and be understanding but its just so dissapointing every time. This last time i ordered a chicken slinger. Im not sure if they were out of chicken patties or what, (which if they had told me i could have changed my order) but this is what i recieved. A (hopefully) torn in half chicken tender and 1 pickle. So like HALF a sandwich for full price. I guess ill be driving further out if i want a decent sonic meal.

Slow, inept, uncaring and down right despicable service. served charcoal bacon on two burgers waited 15 min for them to answer the button, one of the cooks comes out covered in grease and old flower and I show him the two burgers I was served and he looks at me blankly and ask "what's the problem?" He then asks if I would like them remade and returns inside despite me asking him to remove the two double bacon 1/4lbs. Cheese burgers, long story short I received more charcoal bacon and some unidentifiable runny substance mixed with the mayo, I threw them in the trash. I have been served burnt food, food that was clearly hours past its serve by time, waited over 15 min for one route 44 soda repeatedly.... and when I ask for it to be addressed I am told it's a franchise and corporate has no control over the service. I have been to this location at least once a month and have never had a vist that wasn't disappointing.

This was the 1st time we've been disappointed in the food at this location. They got the order wrong but cheerfully replaced it but the sandwiches just didn't have the good taste/flavor as usual. We'll go back again when we go to Salem next hoping it'll be like it usually is. Everyone has an off day at times! 😁
