Edition is our favorite place we've ever lived! Susan has been nothing but kind and wonderful! She's an excellent human being always such a sweet smile and is always there to help. The apartments are perfect and we love all the amenities here. Not to mention the location! It can't be better. We toured a lot of places and finally settled for Edition for the amenities and excellent value. We couldn't be happier with our decision! Thank you Susan and Edition team! You're simple the best!

Absolutely stellar, on every front. Gorgeous apartments in an amazing location, with fantastic on-site management and maintenance teams. Huge shout-outs to Sue, Sam, and Kevin in particular - they have been been incredibly helpful and welcoming. My neighbors are so quiet (and the walls so thick) that I honestly forget I even have them most days. I honestly have never had such a wonderful experience leasing, interfacing with, and living in an apartment complex before. I don't know what else I can say - this place is awesome.

We love the location and style of our apartment. However, the atmosphere and professionalism of the management has plummeted drastically with the change of management since we moved in over a year ago. With this, I am shocked that Tarragon Properties hasn't addressed its resident's concerns. (Check all of the reviews below.)

I generally like living here. However, that's mostly because of the staff. The people who work here are so friendly and welcoming. The building, though, has some issues. When I first moved in (first resident in my unit), I found the contractors had left cardboard in drains, Styrofoam in the dishwasher, and other problems. The blind mounted to the patio door was installed poorly, backward and mounted loosely. Yesterday, the washing machine literally shook itself apart, with the front panel coming loose. The maintenance crew is responsive, though, and the staff is genuinely trying, I believe. The place needs some TLC, but with a little work, it will be a fine place to live. And I do think it's quite a bit better than others in the area.

Edition is only a few blocks away from the beautiful Burke-Gilman Trail where they nest. At dusk, they are just coming home for the night.
