I just rented a 5 x 7 from Amber who is a joyful and sunny person. she’s just happy and here too please. There is a couple hidden fees that were a surprise to me, but I guess those are everywhere. This building is very secure and I will be comfortable Storing my belongings here.

Came in on a mild construction day but Amber (property manager) was wildly accommodating in spite of it all! Super friendly service. Clean, cool and convenient facilities! And great online deals!

Amber was lovely. She was professional, friendly and apologetic to us for the wait. When I found out she was working alone I felt great compassion for her and was even more Impressed by her ability to manage multiple things at once. I spoke to someone on the phone who was helpful, but It would have been good for them to pass on to me that Amber was down a staff person. She did let me know Amber was busy cutting locks which didn't give me a true picture of situation. All in all Amber's professionalism more than made up for the wait. She was detailed and very clear in her explanation of how to navigate the key and elevator, also showing us where the restrooms were. A plus service. Carrie - SE Portland

Celeste and Amber are the best. I made a reservation on my way to Portland from LA and they were so reassuring that I can get a storage within my budget and size needs because I was bringing everything from my apartment. So I had a worry free 14 hours drive. Thank you for everything.
