I have only good things to say about the Extra Space Storage facility that I use. The manager is there to make sure you have everything you need and the space that works best for you. I live out of the country most of the time and feel very confident that all of my things are taken care of and safe. The facility is spotless and always has good lightning and music playing. I recently returned and decided a could use a smaller space and only had a two day turnaround time before leaving again and the manager made sure I had the closest and best unit available. I only walked about 10 feet to my new unit and the transition was easy. In my experience it makes a huge difference who is managing the facility that you use because not all managers are created equal. I happen to have one that goes above and beyond.

Access is very secure. Halls are very easy to navigate! Good quality carts provided. Used my renters insurance.

I had some issues making a reservation online so I went into the Barbur Blvd location. The lady working was so helpful and professional! She got me taken care of quickly and made it a great experience. Customer service is a little thing, but it makes a big difference.
