Extra Space Storage

I was looking on google for a storage unit and saw that Extra Space Storage had the best reviews out of all the other storage places. If I could give more than five stars for my experience, I would. Jeffrey greeted me at the door and was very friendly. We chatted briefly about what I was looking for, then I was given a tour. Jeffrey answered all my questions was extremely helpful. The whole process was fast and the facility looks nice. I was worried about a possible break in because I’ve read reviews for other companies that talk about unit’s being broken into. This facility seems very secure and not likely to have a break in. I feel comfortable having my items stored here and don’t think anything’s going to happen to my stuff. Thanks again Jeffrey for all your help today!

It was an easy online process and stress free. My code didn’t work when I first got there, but Jefferey helped with that immediately and the next time I came to drop things off it worked like a charm. It’s clean and the staff are super friendly.

Even when I realized I booked a unit that wouldn’t work for me, the staff helped me find exactly what I needed at another location for a great price. Really appreciate this company, the speedy service, and kind welcome. Def recommend!

The facility is very clean and well maintained. I'm giving them one star because they literally doubled my rent in one month. They sent me a postcard informing me that my rent was going from $50 a month to $100 a month. That's crazy. There's nothing illegal about it. They price their units month-to-month so that they can do this, and I expect a certain amount of increase, but doubling it at once is ridiculous.
