Stor-Room Mini Storage

My Storage unit was broken into by someone using lock cutters and replaced witha lock that looked identical. The company requires a specific lock which I had to purchase. The Stor-room mini storage of has cameras in the parking lot and they don't save their footage so we had no way of following up on the burglary. The perpetrators had enough time to rifle through everything and take all the important stuff but since we didn't store jewelry or electronics there there was nothing anyone could do. The managers are very nice but I don't think its a secure facility as apparently someone can roam around with bolt cutters robbing units.

Love this storage place! The people who work here are just the best very helpful and friendly! Clean and dry units, inexpensive to rent a space, and has helpful amenities such as elevators, vans for rent, and push carts.

I haven't rented storage in over a decade. The team at Stor-Room made is really easy. They are really as nice as the reviews say they are. Storage isn't anyone's favorite thing to do but they made it easy and hassle free. They also had a van to rent as well. I highly recommend them.

I used Stor-Room when I was listing my home nearby to clear out my basement and declutter the home. I set up an monthly autopay as I didn't know how long I would need the storage. It was easy to make runs to drop off and pick up once moved. Staff was super friendly, we even rented a van there once we were moving. I didn't have to do anything when moving out, just take your lock and they get your charge cancelled by the next billing cycle. Simple.
