Package marked as "available for pick up" drove over there and they don't have it. Also why would I order something online to have it delivered but end of having to go pick up up? Colossal waste of time. This post office is a constant disappointment. Not my first issue here.

I put in a Mail Hold while we were on vacation and received confirmation that it was accepted. We are very thankful to our observant neighbors who saw our mail being delivered every day and picked it up for us. Covington Post Office needs to get its act together. I’d give it zero stars if possible.

I wanted to pick up a package that I got a notice for. On the back of the notice, it said my local post office had will call on Saturday from 10:00AM to Noon. So I head over promptly at 10:00Am. I see the will call door and a sign that confirms they do will call Saturdays. Then the sign says to press the buzzer for will call. The buzzer is literally removed from the wall with a hole left. I try knocking on the door and get no response. If they don't want to take will call, they should take down the signs. If they don't know their buzzer is missing, then they are incompetent.

The postmaster.
You can do it online on the USPS website
You can order them online
Each box is different but the pickup times are posted on each box. Most boxes do not get a Sunday pick up.
The only way to know that is to call or visit the post office. No one on Google will know their stock numbers.
The best thing to do is call in the morning while the carriers are still there and speak with the supervisor. Give them your address and they will be able to ask your letter carrier.
