I scheduled an online appointment for Covid testing today 11/03 at 4 pm at Star Court, Plano, and got confirmation yesterday, 11/02. But when I went there I was told by someone that this center does not do covid testing anymore and I need to go to Wylie center. When it is not accepting cases for covid testing, it should have been removed from online list. Not doing this caused unnecessary hardship to me. When I went to Wylie center, I was told that I have to pay $35 , whereas covid testing is free in Insurance accepting clinics. I checked this with my Humana Insurance. I don't know why Heal360, which accepts most insurances, charges for covid testing? I was totally disappointed with this mess up. Would someone from Heal360 give me a reply?
