Hey, I come from the bay, I used to go to a muay thai gym, I went there for like a year and 2 months then I came here. My questions are, what are the prices for an adult. And what information do u guys need for me to join? Thanks!

This is a great Muay Thai gym in Chico. I train in the Bay Area and was in town for business and wanted to do a class. Very nice facility. I really liked the teachers who were friendly and supportive. I learned some cool techniques and got good feedback on things I needed to pay attention to. Students were friendly too.

Thanks for inquiring. The youth classes range in ages are 8 to 15 years old. Our Youth Striking Program runs on Monday and Wednesday 4pm to 5pm. In this program, kids will learn elements of both Boxing and Kickboxing. Kids will also be exposed to coordination drills to better help them understand how their body performs and of course exercise. Our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program covers ground defense and submission holds. The youth mma class covers techniques the kids go over in both classes.
