I called to schedule an appointment because I had a cough and congestion for a week that wasn't going away. The representative I spoke to on the phone said , oh the Dr isn't in this week. I said, oh ok i can see another provider that's fine. She said no ma'am there are no providers in the office all week, if you need to be seen I advise you to go to the urgent care or ER. How unprofessional! I understand Dr's have outside lives and everything but to have no one at all to see any patients for a week is crazy! So I had to go to the urgent care for a sinus infection.

No one in his office knows how to take vitals on a toddler. My son had eczema all over his body, and the nurse said, "cortisone?" 2 hous of my time and $100+ for "cortisone." She said if that didn't work, see a specialist. Thanks..for nothing.

I like Dr Swofford. He's been my Dr. for quite a while. I have always fealt comfortable with his care and trust his judgement. Looking at changing Doctors simply because the scheduling receptionist (I'm not sure which one) is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. If the bad experience was once, or even twice I could have let it go....Time and time again when dealing with this person I have been treated with disrespect for nothing more than asking questions. I'm done calling the office and being treated like my questions are annoying.

Tried to call and make an appointment- Not sure about the doctor could not even get past the receptionist. When I asked what it would cost me due to me having to pay everything upfront before my deductible is met they could not tell me. All I received in response was I don't know could be 300 or could be more I don't know. If the front office can't even tell you to be prepared to pay your bill when you arrive no telling what else. Be prepared to receive no help when it comes to the front staff at this facility.
