What a fantastic experience. I had purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I had the headlights changed out to LED from halogen bulbs. It was a project that I attempted but was it was a bit more than I can handle due to positioning of the housing. I reached out to a couple of companies including Pickups Plus Cars. No one called me back except for Larry at the Hilliard location. He took the time to call his tech team to ensure that I was getting the right bulbs. Now we move to install day and everything went perfectly. I dropped the vehicle off to Larry where he explained what was going to happen and I left confident it would be right. To no surprise it was completed perfectly. Larry even walked out with me to ensure the lights worked and walked me through exactly what they had to do to complete the install. it was no easy task to say the least. I am extremely impressed with the Larry and his team. Professional, courteous and accurate. The entire team at the Hilliard location really are true brand ambassadors for Pickups Plus Cars. What an awesome experience!!!
