I brought my car to this place very often for an oil change for my pruis and found out they damaged my upper and lower oil filter housing now i have to pay over $300 just to have it replaced from the dealership. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Charged almost 3x the price of a normal cabin filter and 2x an engine air filter compared to buying it from the dealer. Then proceeded to take a partial discount of the inflated price to make it seem like they where giving me a deal. Total scam of a place.

Never going back. My husband took it in on monday 3/28/22 to get an oil change and the technician forgot to put a part back on my car. I found out cause it was making a weird rumbling sound that it never made before. At first it wasn't so loud but the next day it got.louder asked my husband to check it out and to our suprise their was a loose part in the motor. I was gonna take it back and have them put it back but my husband said it was something he could do and qould only take him 2 minutes to put back and i agreed rather than wait there and go thru the blame game. But NEVER GOING BACK I should've just taken it to the dealer like i always do but nop had to take it here. Well atleast i know better now. Technician need to pay more attention and double check their work
