They refused my rewards as a Gold member??? For a tea. I'm not sure the cashier knew how to redeem it. I just paid and am saving my reward for my hometown Starbucks, they are fast and very sweet to their customers. Hopefully it was just a coincidence that they were possibly in training and I understand but they did make me feel like I was asking for something extra and they couldn't give me my tea reward and my oat milk blonde vanilla latte.
