How is it that you close at 10pm and your drive thru is closed at 9:40pm? I see people in the dining area inside and no one to take orders anymore at the drive thru window. You really don't want to make sales.

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you, on average, this location sucks. I'm sure this place is not bad all the time, but it's bad enough that as a local if I really want KFC, I will drive 5 miles to another location rather that the half mile to this one. Delivery from here is even worse. The store has cancelled my order after over an hour wait due to "items out of stock." Drivers have cancelled orders because they weren't ready and staff wouldn't help. And of course the obligatory, missing/wrong items. The food is normally very good, although sometimes cold if you have to wait. However, there was one time I bought a bucket of chicken in the afternoon that was unusually oily and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. After eating some pieces, my roommate and I got very sick and we threw away the remainder. I've never encountered this at any other KFC. : ( Here are the most consistent issues, so buyer beware! 1. Missing/wrong items, every time. Yes, EVERY time. It is the status quo here so ALWAYS check your order. 2. Long wait time for internet orders. Again, EVERY time I've ordered ahead I end up waiting longer to get my meal than it would have if I just ordered upon arrival. 3. Unfriendly service (not rude per se, but definitely a "hurry up and leave" vibe). Very often between 7-9pm, there seems to be no one manning the registers, so you end up waiting until someone realizes people are standing up front. *Management: I think a better line-of-sight at this location could help.* For me, when this happens, I'm not made to feel welcome (no "Hi there, sorry for the wait"), it's straight to business and then they go out of sight immediately thereafter, sometimes with people still in line. I've been patronizing this store for the past 5 years and the issues remain consistent. I do go back to see if things have improved only to be disappointed.

When I was at the restaurant on Saturday for takeout, my order got mixed up a little bit, and I wound up with spicy chicken tenders, not the normal ones, however everything else was fine. But I'd like to point out to KFC that of the box deals, it would actually be better if they put the coleslaw outside the box to keep it cooler and do something so french fries don't absorb so much moisture and get limp and mushy. I suppose the fries and coleslaw issue would be fine for dine-in purposes, but for takeout, thinking outside the box could be a better deal.
