My letter to in and out after a terrible time in this location and their total lack of response after discussion. On or about April 23 2022, though it could have been a week later or so. I visited your store at the corner of Beach and Trask in Garden Grove. (9032 Trask). It was lunch time. The drive through was filled so I walked into the store to order. There were a few people waiting for their orders and one in line waiting to order. It took a bit to order since the cash register was closed out and it took a while for it to work again. Th person in front of me in line gave his order and I stepped up to give mine and for some reason a loud fan in the kitchen was turned on which made it hard to hear. I tried to give my order and could not make myself be understood. This went of for a few minutes. I tried to get e pencil to write my order but to no avail. Now it was not really too loud, but the cashier could not understand me at all. I even tried to point but she was unable to understand even after the noise level died. I left with no order no food and irritated as you can imagine. So I called the stores phone and got a centralized customer service agent. I related all this to her. She took all my information including contact information and offered a small recompence which I appreciated. HOWEVER it has been a month and there has been no further communication nor anything in the mail. So my question is… Was this recompense just a story or did someone drop the ball.

Not our night with this In-N-Out establishment. 1st of all a FEW employee’s didn’t have a mask on. 2nd our chocolate shake looked like vanilla due to “the PSI’s of the machine”, whatever that means. (Which I do:Pounds per square inch). 3rd our fries were, see for yourself; pictures speak a thousand words.

What road-trip would be complete without a stop at an In-N-Out Burger Restaurant? We pulled off the 22 freeway in Garden Grove, California to satisfy our hunger. This In-N-Out Burger was right off the freeway at the corner of Magnolia Street and Trask Ave. The line at the drive-thru window was extra long at this location due to it's proximity to the freeway. Hamburgers, extra crispy french fries and pink lemonade was on point and delicious as usual. "In-N-Out"..."That's what a hamburger's all about" Did you sing it?
