Literally never been to a more poorly ran fast food place. Been here a ton because its close to my work but it's the slowest service I've ever seen. It's like that every single time.

Everytime I go to this location they make me park to the side and wait 5-10min while I see 3-4 cars get their food..I usually just order cheeseburgers and fries. But everytime!! I don't understand why ..

So there was an issue with my order and the manager went above and beyond and not only apologized + free small fries for the wait but I could tell he made them fresh and the were nice and hot/fresh! A+ :)

New to the area. First time here probably give them one more opportunity before i look elsewhere. Ordered a happy meal no toys. Boxed other food in the happy meal. Gave me the wrong dipping sauce. Update 2/25 Went back ordered the same exact item and got the toy and nuggets were placed separately. The line was longer but it went smoothly.
