Not great. The place is very clean, that’s the positive. The staff wasn’t friendly. They don’t serve food on trays even when dining in. Everything is just in bags. Not convenient to eat fries with ketchup out of a bad when sitting at a table. The burger lacked crispy salad (had only half a leaf) and onions. The meat tasted like it was cooked 3 days earlier. The fries weren’t fresh or crispy.

On Saturday night at 11:30, we ordered 5 different meals and didn't realize one was missing until we got all the way home. I drove back to try to pick up the missing meal. It was 1152 pm and the listed closing time was Midnight. The lady working the drive thru had already closed for the night. I waved my receipt at her to indicate that I was not trying to order new food, but she refused to help me. I went thru the drivethru again showing my receipt, but she disappeared on purpose so that I couldn't see her anymore until I dove back around the building. Then, she was back out mopping the place thinking I had left. She was totally rude to us in the 1st place when we got most of our order. I guess we are out the $5 or whatever we spent for our hamburger even though she is clearly inside, and it wasn't even closing time when we arrived!!

I place an order asking for the promotion they have buy one burger and get the second one for a dollar; FAMOUS STAR & WESTERN BACON were my options according to Matthew who's the drive-thru operator. So I decided and go with my two options I added 9 Piece chicken Stars and my total was about 12 long story maker short I drive home I'm eating my burger and I noticed that one 1 Burgers missing and I just that the burger that I'm eating it's not famous star nor the western. So here I am calling the store the same guy who took my order answer the phone that's how I was able to get his name I told him that he forgot to add my other Burger how long you received one Burger that's what I said to him and this was his response" no I didn't I'm sure I put those two burgers and I even gave you extra napkins" with such an arrogance he felt with such Authority on behalf of Carl's jr. She denied me talking to his supervisor or manager in charge and he quoted I am the person in charge of myself and if you want to talk with my manager you will have to wait until Tuesday. My my response; I'm not calling you to get a free burger from you calling you the fact that you charge my American Express credit card 2 burgers and my nuggets and I missing one Burger and if you're that sure check U cameras and you'll if I'm wrong or you are. Matthew's Matthew's respond; I'm sure bag 2 burgers. With this type millennials unprofessional representing their employer as a business is unacceptable. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be there. Employees with this type of I'm miserable with themselves. Thank you Matthew for being such a great employee fighting the most unacceptable service to Consumers you keep I'm doing an awesome job.

This drive thru is open 24hrs fast paced great customer service!!The cashier was very nice and gave me plenty condiments the order was accurate and tasted great!! Did I mention it was fast! I ordered #18 it includes a combination different varieties of choices which are the Double Cheeseburger Spicy chicken sandwich, small fries, small order of a beverage your choice and a cookie just $6.46 !!!They have a 2 lane drive thru and there own parking structure. I recommend this location to you guys if your in the area check it out!!:)
