The quality of food is about average. Every time I go here it doesn't matter how loud I project my voice to order, they still wouldn't hear me. Every single freakin' time, never failed once. Never have I ever been successful with ordering drive-thru without having my voice start cracking awfully or having to repeat myself less than 3 times. And I don't even personalize my orders most of the time. They need to fix the speakers on their end, so awful and bad for everyone trying to speak the most clear and loud possible. Not like speaking any louder will get my food to come out fresh and hot anyway.

False advertising. Still have a big poster on external window advertising the "Shamrock" (mint / oreo), but they no longer sell it. Told the supervisor/manager, and didn't receive an acknowledgement, much less an apology. Didn't even take action to take it down.

The manager Patricia is the best. She completely understood a concern and handled it very well. It's my first time going there. Now it will be my only destination.

Ordered a pumpkin pie and when I opened it it looked very old by the texture so I told them… they gave me a 2nd one and it wasn’t even baked….
