Went at 10PM. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and didn’t move. Went inside to see if it was quicker, waited over 20 minutes for our food. Restaurant lobby is disgusting, spills everywhere, trash everywhere, seats scattered about. Another customer (who had been waiting before we got there for our food) asked where their food was, and the employees response was “are you sure we didn’t give it to you?” I don’t expect a lot from fast food, but do better

I went through the drive-thru and have previously been able to pay via google/Samsung pay. Now, because the cashier didn't want to run the payment that way he cancelled my order without even trying, the guy just dismissed me without a second glance. and told the cook to take it back probably the worst service I have ever gotten here.

first of all the service its bad also i order 2 salads and they do jot put the dressingsand even worse the salads had only iceberg lettuce only that stupid if you dont have a product dont sell it

Food normal as any other Jack. The drive tru service is good. BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO CLEAN THAT SODA FOUNTAIN. I got an Orange drink that had some dark things that looked like mold. If it would had being a coke no one had notice it.
