She told me no refill for my coffee. All other Burger King I go does refill coffee. I guess not all Burger King is same.

Employees are nice. My chocolate shake was ok but my fries were so cold they were wrinkled and my jr whoppers never saw a flame. What happened to flame broiled. My burgers were so grey they looked like they had been steam cooked and were ice cold. Wont be back. This is my second time here. The Burger King in Tustin on Red Hill is always delicious. Guess I'll wait til I get home and have BK for dinner Never again at lunch. Oh and none of the phone apps work when I'm here. I cant imagine how this has a 3.6 rating or any 5 star reviews at all. It's in the parking lot with home depot so Im sure people eat here just cant believe the give 5 star reviews.

I have visited this Burger King about 5-6 times now and I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I keep returning because it is so conveniently located to where I live. We usually go through the drive thru and at least 3 times, they didn't have certain foods. I think they were missing bacon at one point, a certain bun and today there was a sign that there were no ketchup packets. While I'm aware there is a food packet shortage, this is a pattern of behavior for this location.
