Sorry Spectrum, you NEED to switch branding names IMMEDIATELY is my advice ESPECIALLY on a review platform such as GOOGLE. You guys rock!

Very badly organized, I moved back to NY in October and they keep sending me the boxes for my equipment to my old address!!😡😡😡😡😡😡 Charging me for equipment that I do not want or need. Went to my local spectrum to return them they said since I got them in Florida they can’t take them back ! I will never or suggest anyone getting your cable from spectrum. This is beyond unacceptable.

Terrible, we scheduled service appointment to come last Friday but never came; not even a call. We called back to reschedule to come today morning, then they called later to push back the time, then never came again, no calls. We called to see what's up, then they said they'll have the distributor call us directly to explain the situation, never gotten a call back. We've now wasted more than 6 hours of our time waiting for them without any explanation nor appology. What's the point of making an appointment, when you aren't actually available and NEVER SHOW UP?! You don't even deserve a star, but I'm giving one just to share my experience.
