City Bike is a wonderful bike shop that does all types of repairs.
They do have some in the shop. Stop by and they will be glad to help.
That's a great idea! You are the first person to mention it. We are one mile away from the train station. For now, our central location downtown seems to be convenient for customers coming from Ybor, Davis Island, River Walk and the Arena.

Download the app and it will provide you a map of scooter locations. The spins app is a good start. Scooter are parked along sidewalks out in the open.
