Jill answered a plethora of questions I had about the Scooter and convinced me it was the right one for me. My Pride Victoria LX Sport arrived at my home in NC at the exact time the trucking company had said it would. It was fully assembled and the batteries were fully charged. It is certainly well made, all LED lights work and the dash is nicely laid out. The seat is ultra comfortable. My Australian Shepherd Eli loves walking beside it and I am enjoying the freedom to be “out and about. After some fiddling with the chair and speaking with the local rep who had supplied it to our patient, I was able to find your video on Youtube and then called. Thanks to your advice, we wasted no further time and were able to get right to her treatment.

Would give them 10 stars if we could! Jill is the salesperson that helped me. I had in mind the mobility scooter I wanted to give to my husband for our 46th anniversary, and before I told her which one I was looking at, she recommended the same one. We got the Pride Revo, and couldn’t be happier. Due to health limitations, my husband is unable to walk long distances. But now we are going for what we call our walk/rides to a nearby park😊. Texting works best for me, and Jill was quick to respond with whatever was needed. Also want to mention before I contacted them thru their chat, I emailed a couple questions days before, and they responded very quickly. So would love to be able to work with them again, and recommend them to my friends. Oh, one more thing, fastest shipping ever. I ordered on a Monday, Jill thought we should receive it by Friday, and it came Wednesday!👏👏. Also fully assembled. And the delivery man was very nice too!

Hi, We might be able to adjust how fast the unit stops. If not then it would be a joystick issue that would need to be replaced.
