This store has the cutest selection of clothes 😍 I shop here on a regular basis just to see all the new styles they put out on a daily basis. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Love the texts that tell me their sale of the day and their rewards program ❤

Scheduled a private stylist appointment this morning. Arrived and the doors were locked. I thought well it is a private appt so maybe they do them before they open. I mean would you be able to select a time and have it confirmed if they don't do them then? Well answer is ...yes the website will. The lady that opened the door when I knocked looked at me like I was going to rob her and told me they were closed. I showed her my email confirmation and she said well you can come in but I'm not ready. Or just come back at 10 when we open. Gave me the feel of not so professional...I'm guessing there "stylists" are just regular employees. Not impressed enough with her reaction to go back when they open.

The clothes options are great. But honestly, I hate walking into this store. It's clear the employees get paid commission. I came to pick up an online order with my infant daughter. The cashier's were talking to other customers (which I would understand if they were just checking them out, but if you want to continue having a conversation after the transaction is over, take their number...). The employee asked for my name, then asked me to look around to see if I was interested in anything else. With an infant, that's not an easy task. My fault for bringing my daughter with me. But also, if I'm holding a baby with one arm, and looking at clothes with another.... I have no where to put the clothes I'm interested in trying on. She ended up finding my order after about 20 minutes of waiting. Not customer friendly. My recommendation... If you go, don't bring your kids.
