Well, a sports bar that closes at 10pm on football Saturday...no thank you. Visited with 3 friends recently. The male bartender came over ask what we wanted to drink. Not friendly in the least. After finishing our beers and sitting there empty glassed, we had to go up to the bar and ask for another round. (He had 3 people sitting at the bar) After sitting with empty glasses again, we decided to go elsewhere to dine...naturally, we had to go up and ask for our check! Maybe the owner should just turn the bar into a "self serve bar", it's damn near there already! Won't be back! There are too many other establishments in Westerville that are actually friendly to their customers, so why go to Time & Change?

Awesome little hometown sporty bad and restaurant. They have a very friendly staff and a "local" vibe. I get the wings and they are great. Sandwiches are also a winner.
