Very bad. The neighbors are terrible and loud, they don’t even have security there anymore. The rent people discusses other peoples business amongst each other loudly in front of other tenants, super unprofessional. They don’t do anything about the neighbors loud after hours neighbor complaints. The lady that is in charge is also very rude. Glad to be moving soon.

Initially I wanted to make this home for me and my 8 yr old son. I showed my plan 8 I was told there is a waiting list for Douglas Pointe and was handed a flier for properties listed in the liberty city Brownsville area . Sadden I keep looking

How long is the waiting list ? There are other apartment complex near 57 Ave near Miami Lakes Tech. You might be able to find something there

Why do I have to pay a company in order to pay my rent. Why can't we pay online or by money orders. They came with the payment center and that didn't work and now it's back again starting April 1st why.
