I have come on multiple occasions to make shipments and until today they have treated me badly, with the young woman who was in costumer service because although the hours of operation indicate that it is until 9 pm, she refused to serve me, that was about 15 minutes ago. Please, establish what the actual hours of attention are so as not to have this type of inconvenience.
