We tried it because of Trick Daddy. He needs a bigger building. You have to wait in your car or outside for an hour to get your food. With all these customers, you need more help and a bigger building. We called back hours later and they said "come on, there set only 8 people ahead of you." 8 people line and about 20 in their cars. Still had to wait over an hour.

My first time in Miami & we went there today on a Wednesday around 12PM, were greeted right away by the gentleman at the front & offered a menu. We both got catfish platters & were highly satisfied…everything was fresh & we only waited about 10 minutes. The food was plentiful & only $16.95 for the platter. The Blue lemonade was crazy good as well. To top it al off, Trick Daddy himself made an appearance & gladly took a number of pictures w/ customers without hesitation. We will be returning for sure!!!

Some don't mind the wait. It cuts down on overhead which drivers the price of food up. There is a place to sit and eat, I did. And took plenty pics with Trick. You should really try them. They are very friendly and the food is amazing

Peep their Google Maps page, "Sunday's Eatery," for the latest hours though currently they post that they are open from 11 AM - 10 PM on most days while closing at 8 PM on Sundays.
The Eatery is taking CDC level precautions as far as the staff preparing the food and serving patrons. Social distancing in an outdoor setting with mask was be utilized. The eatery is minimizing possible exposure with a streamlined verbal order system to place an order. The order system is also used once your order is ready for pick up. So you can safely and comfortably stand in line to purchase the amazing food.
Soul food... I purchase two dinners and two drinks and one dessert and it came to $42 which is not bad. And yes it was super packed
I'm sure it's room for improvement anywhere we/you go, the food was on point for me. Sometimes people have bigger expectations because it is a celebrity restaurant however we are all human, service could be improved somewhat but I still have love for the experience, the taste, and the effort to branch out and open a black owned restaurant business..
I actually visited the spot all the way from Dallas, TX... Had to checkout the spot after seeing a post with the line down the street.
They will give you a menu. You're going to love the food!!!
