I'm sure it's room for improvement anywhere we/you go, the food was on point for me. Sometimes people have bigger expectations because it is a celebrity restaurant however we are all human, service could be improved somewhat but I still have love for the experience, the taste, and the effort to branch out and open a black owned restaurant business..
I have to admit the service from the young lady in front she had the most biggest attitude for no reason then for me to also be from out of town a customer was asking on top of me asking what's the best thing to get and she's just deliberately acted like she did not want to answer the question the older lady in front. Took down my order who was the one that took the time to go over the menu then I ordered the velvet cakes which came with no nuts on top like in the picture almonds pecans whatever they use I just got a regular cupcake with some frosting on it and with me ordering it outside of my order I waited another 40 minutes just to get the cupcakes then when the young lady did go to retrieve them they had been sitting on the side after they called 20 numbers they have been sitting there the whole time by the time I was able to eat my food with my kids it was cold
If your going here please don't expect high end customer service because it is owned by a celebrity the fact that it is owned by a celebrity that customer service is just beyond awful every girl working up there has an attitude and if you ask him any question I feel like they prolong your order on purpose but the food and the price is amazing it's definitely worth the wait but a boy going here on the weekend and the parking is ridiculous. Oh and also be careful with ordering online because I ordered online and this has been like my third time doing it in the last time the girl would not accept the online order for my boyfriend so I had to get out the car and go up to the register to let them know my card has been charged and i have a con# in the beginning they refuse to make the food it was just such a hassle
Everyone has their own experience. I respect each of you response. I'm just glad I didn't get the attitude from anyone. Yes there were some young kids in there working indeed. They were well mannered this particular day. Thank goodness. Because I have kids myself. My food was delicious. Maybe it was because of what I had. I don't know. It was good over all. The Blue Drink. O my!! So so good to me. On the parking behalf I agree it's terrible. Need more space. We squeezed in a spot to go eat because of who owned it. So yes we was excited. Trick Daddy of course. Including we are not from Miami. So it was very interesting. I enjoyed my food. It was fresh so I can't complain. Personally myself I cant
The fried fish did too, I just get the grilled snapper instead. It's seasoned good with onions and peppers
