Worst people working there. They stole my larger oxygen tank, gave me one of their smaller rental tanks and refuse to give me my customer owned tank back. Also whoever is the manager thinks he can try to threaten and intimidate people. Definitely talking to corporate about this clown.

Terrible experience with the manager Albert when buying dry ice. Called into the other store for the receptionist to ask if I was the guy who kept having issues and getting threatened, thankfully first visit. Good to know you guys knowingly put people that lack common courtesy and safety process in command. The general manager asked me to please not report to the corporate off because they were friends.
