This was THE WORST rental experience I've ever had! Terrible management!! When we checked out the truck the rep told us not to worry about the scratches or dents in the truck. We highlighted only big dents (it had 30K miles) on the paperwork. HOWEVER, when we returned after towing the entire time, a different rep checked us in and found us responsible for a dent on the bottom of the bumper (towards the pavement) that we had to lean way over to even see. There is no way we could have dented it since we were towing the ENTIRE time and it was impossible. THEN to make matters WORSE, they sent it for review and upon review found us responsible for EVERY SINGLE DENT that the first rep told us not to worry about, that the second rep (except for the bumper) did not find us responsible for - over $2.2K in FALSE damages. Then after review of prior photos found that we did not cause most of the dents and took it down to $1k of dents. They did not have a photo of the dent in the underside of the bumper facing the pavement that we did not see prior to rental. It is the MOST unfair and ridiculous treatment I have ever had from ANY rental company. Do yourself a favor and never go here, they are out to get people's insurance for unfair damages. AND if you MUST go here take a video of your truck (I wish I had) FROM EVERY ANGLE, including under the vehicle. They are treat their customers horribly and are not a reputable business. Instead they try to get customers to pay for repairs on old trucks in their fleet!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I will never ever ever rent from Enterprise again. UPDATE: I contacted management here and they did nothing as we did not have photos of the bottom of the bumper. Does anyone take pictures of the underside of a bumper prior to rental? Well you should here. Management is not well run and they obviously do not train staff well at all to be consistent. Our issue ended up in collections, and because we were trying to buy a new home we had to pay over $1000 for damages that we did not do. It is so obvious based on all the little dents and scratches that they did reverse and tried to charge us for (and couldn't due to pictures of body that they finally found) that a prior rental went joyriding. Despite all this Enterprise charged us. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! THEY ARE THE WORST!

I have been working with Enterprise for over 3 years both for cars and cargo vans. Their service is always friendly and professional and they have always been able to answer my questions with respect to roadside service and added liability protection.

We called to rent a 16 foot cab over with a lift gate and Kevin helped us plan, if it wasn't his idea to pick up the truck the night before the timing would've not worked for us. Dave was also amazing, he went out of his way to get measurements to make sure everything will fit! Returning the truck with Dave was so painless! Thank you guys!!! We are 100% satisfied.

You could call them and find out. I rented all my trucks and return them to the same location. It would not surprise me if they did rent one way.
